Connection Tips

If you're experiencing problems connecting to the internet, there are a few things you can try before calling us.


1. Down by the time on your desktop locate an icon like the one in the image below.

    Right-click on the icon then left-click on repair. This may take a moment before it
    works, so give it about 20 seconds then try the internet again.


2. Down by the time on your desktop locate an icon like the one in the image below.

   Right-click on the icon then left-click on "Open Network Connections".

   Right-click on your connection icon then left-click on "Disable". Wait until the icon
   says it's Disabled.

    Now right-click on your connection icon then left-click on "Enable". Wait until the
    icon says it's Enabled, and try the internet again.


2. If you're using a router, unplug the power to the router. Leave it unplugged for
    about 30 seconds. Then plug it back in, wait about 30 seconds, and try the
    internet again.


3. Unplug the Motorola power supply (the one with the green light that powers the
    radio) leave it unplugged for about a minute, then plug it back in. It will take the
    radio about 2 minutes to start back up. Try the internet again.
