Connection Tips If you're experiencing problems connecting to the internet, there are a few things you can try before calling us. 1. Down by the time on your desktop locate an icon like the one in the image below. Right-click

Wait until the 2. If you're using a router, unplug the power to the router. Leave it unplugged for about 30 seconds. Then plug it back in, wait about 30 seconds, and try the internet again. 3. Unplug the Motorola power supply (the one with the green light that powers the radio) leave it unplugged for about a minute, then plug it back in.
